Valdez Food Safety and Quality Consulting (formerly known as ProSerV Consulting) is a duly registered Canadian company that provides comprehensive and participatory consulting services. It was established in 2015.
With the ultimate goal of establishing effective, compliant and duly certified food safety programs, we focus mainly on the development, implementation, and monitoring of Food Safety Programs in the grain industry.

Our Technical Expert
An educated and well-experienced technical expert in the fields of project planning, implementation and monitoring leads the Valdez FS & Q Consulting. He worked as a Quality and Compliance professional (senior research specialist; compliance associate; quality control; quality assurance associate; technical writer and Food Safety and Quality manager) in various high and low-risks industries for more than twenty-five years.
Since 2013, our technical expert has dedicated his time in the grain industry. He led the development, implementation and monitoring of various grain industry food safety programs resulting in the certification of several grain processing plants based in Canada and the United States.
